Returns and Exchanges Policy
The client has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.
The returned item must:
- have original tags attached;
- show no signs of use or wear;
- be free of perfume, smoke, or washing odors;
- contain no makeup stains;
- be returned in its original packaging.
Important details
Returns are processed via a special return form available on the store's website. Funds will be refunded to the specified account number.
- Shipping: The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Cash-on-delivery or unpaid packages will not be accepted.
- Item Value: The seller has the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has decreased due to use.
- Restocking fee: The seller reserves the right to withhold a restocking fee for processing the return.
- Restrictions: In the event of an excessive number of returns, the store may limit future service to the customer.
Notice: If the return rules are violated, the supplier reserves the right to return the item to the client or withhold the refund.
