Terms of Service of the FARO Online Store

Effective from: 24.06.2025

§ 1. General Provisions and Seller's Data

1.1. The entity operating the online store via the Internet at https://faro.style/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Online Store") is DYNASTIA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Kraków (30-504), at ul. Kalwaryjska 69/9, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0001027326, having NIP (Tax ID) 7011135983 and REGON 524835940 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

1.2. The Customer may contact the Seller in the following ways:

§ 2. General Rules for Using the Online Store

2.1. The Online Store may be used by natural persons who are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.

2.2. Persons registering in the Online Store and making purchases there provide their personal data, which the Seller processes according to the rules specified in the Privacy Policy, available on the Service.

§ 3. Placing Orders

3.1. Orders are accepted via the website https://faro.style/ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.2. The goods in the Online Store are described in detail. The website contains information about the properties of the goods, their price, the material they are made of, and available sizes and colors.

3.3. When ordering goods, the Customer makes their selection, specifying in particular the size, color, and, if necessary, other specific information and the number of items ordered.

3.4. Placing an order constitutes the Customer's offer to conclude a sales agreement for the goods being the subject of the order. After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail to the provided address confirming the Seller's receipt of the order.

3.5. The sales agreement is concluded at the moment the Seller sends the Customer an e-mail with information about the acceptance of the order for processing.

§ 4. Prices and Delivery Costs

4.1. The prices on the Online Store's website are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) and are gross prices, meaning they include VAT.

4.2. The delivery cost is added to the price of the goods. Its amount is provided during the ordering process and depends on the chosen delivery method.

4.3. The price given on the website at the time of placing the order is the final and binding price. The price will not change after the order has been placed.

4.4. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods, introduce new goods, conduct and cancel promotional campaigns, or introduce changes to them.

§ 5. Availability of Ordered Goods

5.1. All goods offered in the Online Store are available goods.

5.2. In exceptional situations, e.g., if multiple Customers place an order for the same item simultaneously, it may happen that the item is not available. In such a situation, the Customer will be promptly informed about the inability to fulfill the order and will decide on how to proceed (partial fulfillment, extending the waiting time, canceling the entire order and refunding the payment).

§ 6. Delivery Method and Time

6.1. Delivery of goods is carried out within the territory of Poland.

6.2. The delivery time is usually 2 to 7 business days from the date of the sales agreement's conclusion.

6.3. Orders are delivered by courier companies cooperating with the Seller: InPost, DPD, Poczta Polska, GLS, UPS.

6.4. The delivery time may be extended during sale periods or special promotions.

§ 7. Payment Methods for the Order

7.1. The Customer can pay for the order via external payment services. The available payment methods are: Stripe, Blik, Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

7.2. Online payment is made through the payment operator chosen by the Customer. The payment transaction takes place between the Customer and the chosen operator. The Seller does not collect credit/debit card data.

7.3. The order processing begins after the Seller receives confirmation of the successful payment from the payment operator.

7.4. Warning! The Online Store will never send the Customer a message stating that the payment account has changed. If you receive such a message, do not make a payment or reply to it, but immediately forward the message to the Seller at: [email protected].

§ 8. Withdrawal from the Contract (Return of Goods)

8.1. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 30 days.

8.2. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the Customer acquired possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer acquired possession of the goods.

8.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by e-mail to: [email protected]). The Customer may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

8.4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for all payments received, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for the supplementary costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed about the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

8.5. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used in the initial transaction unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

8.6. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or until the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

8.7. The Customer should send back the goods to the address: DYNASTIA SP. Z O.O., ul. Kalwaryjska 69/9, 30-504 Kraków, Poland, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they informed of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

8.8. The cost of returning the goods is determined as follows:

  • a) The Seller shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods if the Customer withdraws from the contract (returns the goods without a specific reason) within 14 days of receiving them.
  • b) The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods if they withdraw from the contract after 14 days but within the 30-day period specified in § 8.1.

8.9. The Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

§ 9. Complaints (Non-conformity of Goods with the Contract)

9.1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods that are in conformity with the contract. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract which exists at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years of that time.

9.2. A complaint can be filed by e-mail to: [email protected] or in writing to the Seller's registered office address.

9.3. The complaint notification should include the name and surname, order number, and a description of the non-conformity.

9.4. If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the Customer may request their repair or replacement.

9.5. The Seller may make a replacement when the Customer requests repair, or the Seller may make a repair when the Customer requests replacement if bringing the goods into conformity in the manner chosen by the Customer is impossible or would involve excessive costs for the Seller.

9.6. If repair and replacement are impossible or would involve excessive costs for the Seller, it may refuse to bring the goods into conformity. In such a case, the Customer may make a statement on a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

9.7. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and will inform the Customer of the outcome.

9.8. In the event of a justified complaint (i.e., the goods are found to be defective or not in conformity with the contract), the Seller shall bear all costs associated with the return of the non-conforming goods.

§ 10. Processing of Personal Data

All information regarding the processing of Customers' personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy document, available on the Online Store's website.

§ 11. Final Provisions

11.1. The sales agreement is concluded in the Polish language.

11.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.

11.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service. The changes will not affect the acquired rights of Customers who placed an order before the changes came into effect.
